WHAT IS A CASE GRAPHICS COORDINATOR?

The Retrievers Case Graphics Coordinators create digital graphics for social media and printed flyers, sign inserts and case threads. As time is of the essence with lost dog cases, they work on an ASAP basis and typically have flexible availability throughout the day.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare digital graphics using provided templates
  • Correct and modify client-provided photos
  • Prepare flyers using information provided by the team’s First Responders
  • Prepare sign insert graphics – photo and phone formats
  • Prepare case thread graphics using provided template
  • Monitor case progress and respond to change requests from Case Managers and First Responders.

 

REQUIRED

  • Experience with graphics software.
    • Photoshop Elements provided
    • Team Canva account provided
    • Adobe InDesign helpful, but not required or provided
  • Familiarity with digital image handling, sharing and technical requirements
  • Ability to modify provided images and templates to accommodate wide variety of image dimensions and reproduction quality
    • Adjust contrast, hue/saturation, sharpen and use generative AI tools, etc.
    • Outline images, resize/resample photos for best quality reproduction
    • Remove distracting elements from photos
    • Increase dimensions of low-resolution photos without losing quality
  • Ability to respond quickly throughout the day to produce graphics
